Sights: | Huangshan (yellow mountain) near the town Tunxi (Huangshan Shi), has one of the most beautiful sceneries in China. In the early morning there are already masses of Chinese tourists to admire the sunrise. |
General Information: | Anhui was founded at the beginning of the Qing-Dynasty and its borders have only changed a little since then. The population consists mainly of Han-Chinese; the two largest minorities are the She and the Hui. Of great importance to the province are the Huai-River, the capital Hefei and the city Tunxi. |
