Highlights:

Hangzhou with the west lake (Xihu) is said to be one of the most beautiful towns in China. The west lake is the main attraction of Hangzhou. For Chinese, probably the most romantic event is an evening walk at the sea shore. Hangzhou is also famous for his food (sweet-sour). Hangzhou is also famous for Longjing tea, no wonder there are many teahouses in Hangzhou.

Shaoxing is a main attraction for Japanese tourists because it is the birthplace of the famous Chinese author Lu Xun, who has studied in Japan. In Shaoxing you can visit Lu Xuns former residence.
